BITS Pilani Dubai Just Hosted Its Biggest Career Fair Yet — 400 Students, 80 Recruiters, and 51% Shortlisted

Walk into the auditorium at BITS Pilani Dubai Campus in Dubai International Academic City on career-fair morning and you hear the same sound at every serious UAE hiring event — résumé paper, recruiter badges, and the low hum of students rehearsing elevator pitches. The 11th Annual Career Fair on 20 May 2026 scaled that scene up: more than 400 students from engineering and management programmes met 80+ recruiters, with 60 companies onsite and 20+ joining virtually.

Press releases on Zawya and TahawulTech report a standout outcome: 51% of participating students were shortlisted by at least one employer, with several attracting multiple offers — a data point expat parents and hiring managers should both note.
