How to Buy Live Nation AED 99 Concert Tickets in Dubai (2026 Guide)
I was standing outside the main entrance of Coca-Cola Arena last night around ten thirty, watching thousands of fans stream into the City Walk courtyard while the bass from an international tour encore rattled the plaza glass. Between standard arena ticket prices that routinely top AED 450 and VIP hospitality packages reaching well into the thousands, attending live concerts in the UAE adds up rapidly.
That is why Live Nation Concert Week remains one of the most anticipated announcements on the Dubai social calendar. For seven days, the global promoter drops tickets to major regional arena tours, comedy festivals, and headline shows down to a flat AED 99, giving budget-conscious music fans access to world-class entertainment without the premium price tag.

What Is Live Nation Concert Week and How It Works
Live Nation Concert Week is an annual global campaign that discounts tickets for premier touring artists to a flat promotional rate of AED 99. In Dubai, the promotion includes a designated batch of general admission standing and upper-tier seating for arena concerts, outdoor festivals, and comedy tours.
During the official flash sale promotion, Live Nation Middle East releases an allocation of general admission and balcony seats across top regional tours. Because these promotional allocations represent only ten to fifteen percent of a venue capacity, popular headline acts sell out within the first two hours of the launch.
Included Ticket Tiers and Allocations
Concert Week passes grant full access to the venue under regular admission rules without restricted viewing angles. Depending on the artist setup at Coca-Cola Arena, tickets are issued either as regular standing floor passes or reserved seats in the upper concourses.
Transaction Limits and Restrictions
To prevent unauthorized ticket reselling on secondary platforms, Live Nation enforces a strict cap of four tickets per account per show. Every ticket is issued as a non-transferable digital barcode directly linked to the purchaser mobile phone number.
The AED 99 price tag includes all standard service fees, making it the cheapest way to see international arena acts in the UAE.
Participating Dubai Venues and Seating Categories
Not every concert venue in the UAE participates in Concert Week, but the major entertainment spaces in Dubai anchor the annual campaign. Understanding how each venue handles promotional seating helps you decide whether to aim for the floor or secure tiered grandstand views before inventory drops.
Coca-Cola Arena City Walk
As the primary indoor entertainment venue, Coca-Cola Arena hosts the majority of eligible pop, rock, and comedy performances in City Walk. With a maximum capacity of seventeen thousand guests, the venue typically allocates promotional tickets to section three hundred and select standing floor zones.
Dubai Opera Auditorium
Selected classical and acoustic showcases take place inside Dubai Opera, providing intimate tiered auditorium acoustics in Downtown Dubai. Promotional seats here are usually assigned to the upper grand circle, offering clear sightlines of the stage.
Venue Name | Max Capacity | Typical Seating |
|---|---|---|
Coca-Cola Arena | 17,000 seats | Standing Floor & Level 300 |
Dubai Opera | 2,000 seats | Upper Grand Circle |
The Sevens Stadium | 40,000 outdoor | General Admission Pitch |
Eligible Artists and Past Lineup Highlights
The Concert Week roster spans multiple genres, ranging from international pop icons and hip-hop headliners to arena rock bands and stand-up comedians. While the specific artists change with each touring cycle, previous Dubai sales included global names like Trevor Noah, OneRepublic, Scorpions, and regional Arabic music showcases.
Booking demand varies heavily by artist profile. Electronic dance music acts and global pop tours typically exhaust their AED 99 ticket inventory on morning one, whereas multi-day comedy festivals or orchestral performances maintain availability throughout the promotional week.

Step-by-Step Guide to Buying AED 99 Tickets
Scoring promotional tickets requires preparation before the flash sale officially begins. Waiting until the clock strikes ten to register an account or locate your payment card guarantees you will miss the limited allocation.
Preparing Your Ticketing Accounts
When purchasing passes through official links, Ticketmaster UAE requires buyers to log into verified accounts before joining the checkout waiting room. Store your Emirates ID details and credit card credentials in your browser autofill to minimize checkout friction.
Navigating the Digital Queue
For several participating stadium tours, Platinumlist manages digital ticketing queues and processes instant barcoded mobile passes. Keep a single browser tab open without refreshing, as refreshing resets your queue position and pushes you behind thousands of waiting buyers.
Create and verify user accounts on Live Nation Middle East, Platinumlist, and Ticketmaster UAE forty-eight hours before launch

Select your chosen artist event and click the AED 99 promotional filter as soon as the portal unlocks
Choose your ticket quantity up to the maximum limit of four passes and proceed immediately to checkout

Log into your ticketing portal ten minutes before the sale goes live to bypass identity verification delays during checkout.
Hidden Costs, Booking Terms and Refund Rules
One of the biggest advantages of Live Nation Concert Week is transparent pricing. Unlike regular concert ticket tiers that tack on mandatory facility charges and ticketing processing fees at the final payment screen, the AED 99 price is inclusive of standard value added tax and service fees.
However, buyers must respect strict ticketing policies regarding event entry and cancellations. All promotional tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be resold on secondary marketplaces. If you cannot attend the concert date, you cannot return the ticket for venue credit.
Zero additional facility fees added to the AED 99 checkout total
Standard five percent UAE VAT included within the advertised promotional price
Strict no-refund policy unless the organizer completely cancels the concert
Non-transferable digital ticketing with age entry restrictions strictly enforced at the gate
Event Day Transport and Venue Access Tips
Getting to and from major Dubai concert venues during sold-out performances requires careful transport planning. City Walk experiences heavy vehicle gridlock along Al Safa Street and Financial Centre Road during concert evenings, often causing thirty-minute delays for ride-hailing drop-offs.
To avoid severe parking congestion around City Walk, RTA Dubai operates direct metro links to Burj Khalifa Dubai Mall station. From the metro concourse, an air-conditioned pedestrian walkway or a quick five-minute bus feeder connects directly to the arena plaza.
Metro and Public Transport Options
The Dubai Metro runs extended service hours on major event nights until midnight or one in the morning. Using a Silver Nol card allows you to board immediately without queueing for single-trip paper tickets after the show ends.
Arriving for Venue Security Screening
Arena security conducts thorough bag checks and metal detector screenings at every gate. Arrive at least sixty minutes before showtime and leave backpacks, professional camera gear, and outside food at home to clear entry gates smoothly.
Take the Dubai Metro Red Line to Burj Khalifa Dubai Mall station and walk ten minutes to avoid the notorious post-concert taxi queues.
FAQ
How often does Live Nation run Concert Week in Dubai?
Live Nation holds Concert Week once per year, typically running for seven consecutive days during the spring or early summer touring announcement cycle. A specific allocation of AED 99 tickets is released at the start of the week and remains active until the dedicated quota for each show is exhausted.
Can I buy more than four tickets during Concert Week in Dubai?
No, Live Nation enforces a strict limit of four promotional tickets per transaction per household to prevent bulk buying and secondary scalping. Attempting to purchase additional tickets under the same credit card or verified account may lead to automatic cancellation of all your booked passes.
Are food and drinks included with the AED 99 concert tickets?
Food and beverages are not included in the AED 99 ticket price. All participating venues like Coca-Cola Arena have internal concession stands selling snacks, soft drinks, and licensed beverages, which are purchased separately using credit cards or digital payments.
What happens if an artist cancels their Concert Week performance?
In the rare event that an organizer or headlining artist cancels a show, ticket holders receive a full refund of AED 99 back to the original payment method. If a concert is rescheduled to a later date, your promotional ticket remains valid for the new performance date.
