What is Vantage Point 13 at Sharjah Art Foundation?

Vantage Point launched over a decade ago as a open-call initiative to support regional photographers. Today, it has grown into a major international exhibition platform curating documentary, conceptual, and portrait photography.

VP13 showcases selected works chosen by an expert curatorial panel, offering visitors a deep dive into diverse cultural perspectives, urban landscapes, and personal narratives. The exhibition takes place across the restored heritage buildings of Al Mureijah Square in Sharjah.

Vantage Point 13 opens to the public in autumn 2026 and runs through winter, giving culture lovers ample time to explore the galleries. Admission to all Sharjah Art Foundation exhibitions is completely free of charge, though advance online booking is recommended on peak weekends.

Gallery hours typically run from Saturday to Thursday between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, and Fridays from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
